It has a 4-stroke DOHC construction and is capable of producing 46.5 bhp of power at 8,600 rpm and 43 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox, which gets a slip-and-assist clutch.
Specification
Honda is using a steel diamond-tube mainframe, suspended by Showa 41mm SFF-BP upside-down forks at the front and a Pro-Link mono shock at the rear with a 5-stage preload adjuster.
Braking duties are performed by dual 296 mm front discs with a two-piston caliper at the front and a 240 mm disc with a 1-piston caliper at the rear. It has been given dual chain ABS as standard.
Features
The NX500 has a 5-inch TFT full-color TFT screen and Honda RoadSync feature. This feature is available on iOS as well as Android. With this you can avail the benefits of music/voice controls and turn-by-turn navigation.
Honda is also offering a traction control system, which the company calls Honda Selectable Torque Control. It also has all-LED lighting and an emergency stop signal.

Honda NX500 has been brought to the Indian market through the CBU or Completely Built Unit route. Because of this, the price of NX500 is Rs 5.90 lakh ex-showroom. Booking of this motorcycle is open only at Honda’s Bigwing dealership.
